• Provide technical advice and guidance to engineering team ensuring that critical or urgent situations are quickly addressed.

• Supervise, monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. Attend Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments.

• Study specifications to plan procedures for starting work on the basis of starting and completion times.

• Ensure project achieves its objectives in respect to HSE, quality, cost and schedule.

• Manage and direct sub-contractors involved in the execution of the project, for successful completion of the project on-time and under budget.

• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives.

• Worked as Team Leader on Condensate de-oiling and de-mineraliser package and mixed bed and ion exchanger and chemical dosing packages for JGC CORPORATION, JAPAN for their South Pars 6,7 & 8 Gas Development Project in Iran.

Project Engineer 1995 – 1997

Directed and supervised Electrical Engineering team for execution of major Waste Oil Refinery Project. Directly supervise 4 staff. Reporting to General Manager.

• Prepared project execution strategy, implemented quality control standards and cost control on projects for on time completion.

• Executed daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the sub-contractors at site and prepared interim and completion project reports.

• Responsible for ensuring project engineering activities are executed according to specifications, within budget and contract scope of work and in line with the schedule.
