As office manager I took care of the daily operations of the office. I was

the first point of contact when entering the office, so I greeted all

guests and customers and made sure they were being taken care of. Duties

included but were not limited to: daily banking and bank reports, sales

reports, ordering and maintaining office supplies, acquiring quotes on

products. As well as taking and directing phone calls. I was also the

assistant to the company president and took care of travel arrangements,

reports and correspondence that was needed.

At Exel I was an air and ocean agent/dispatcher. This involved scheduling

and confirming that product was ready for pickup, both in Michigan and

across the United States. I also arranged the transportation, and followed

the shipments to the delivery point.

At Exel I coordinated the inbound domestic freight. This involved receiving

truckloads of freight, scheduling appointment deliveries and overseeing

the route trucks.
