Supervise four man crew using stone bedding material, fine aggregate and native back-fill to finish grade all green areas adjacent to Mt. Prospect employee entrance. Finish grading of top soil performed in accordance with existing contour and elevations and grades as specced in project work plans.

Duties: Obtain utility locates, coordinate survey and excavate 5000 cubic yards trench material and haul off in off-road trucks. Dress slopes and bottom of trench prior to rolling out 8251 square yards in 12 foot roll geo grid material in bottom of trench. Bottom of trench to be back filled in 1 foot lifts select material then compact and test 5000 cubic yards.
10C Mass Grading
Duties: Excavate OWS / EDS Structures / backfill
Areas within two feet of structures require stone bedding material at 6” horizontal lifts with top elevation meeting that shown in work plans described as finish elevation or grade. Six man crew plate tamp stone bedding and compact select back fill with sheeps foot roller.

Border Fence Project
Duties: Finish grade levee at Border Fence / 30 miles; Install Fence Post / Caisson Steel
Maintain 30 miles of haul road to include road on top of levee. Widen 6 miles where road is narrow, grade all slopes to back of trench paving. Build access and egress ramps at designated intervals for equipment and truck access. Six man crew rig and pick 19 foot steel reinforcing cage into 19 foot hole to be suspended on wood clamps by plastic zip ties for concrete placement. Steel posts centered and clamped at center of cage and suspended in drilled hole for concrete base for steel mesh attachment. Build on-site stock pile of excavated embankment, stage and coordinate dumpster placement entire 30 mile length of project. Responsible for building wash outs using earthen burms with plastic liner placed inside to be demolished as no longer needed. All slopes graded smooth and free to drain.
2003 Chato’s Concrete Denver, Colorado
Duties: Act as project manager. Responsible for day to day operations of Chato’s Concrete a Hispanic DBE firm performing on the T-Rex project. Secured bonding, financing, and business development. Secured 1.5 million sub-contract projects on the T-Rex project which involved concrete placement at various locations: pedestrian concrete at street level at the Colorado Blvd. train station which included tree bollards and poured caissons for electrical posts. 2500 lineal feet curb and gutter University & I-25 also 3 bus pads at same location. 1100 feet 6 inch sidewalk, six feet wide at Orchard Rd. pedestrian bridge including adjacent sidewalk to existing businesses. Monolithic curb and gutter and sidewalk at County Line Road. Lincoln Road bus turn around and train station pavilion paving to include sidewalk, bus pads, and designer soft cuts at pavilion.
