Scope of work:

As built 3D Modeling of Existing Oil Rig Platform (WP) with the help of 3D Model. By Reference primitive model we have to Model Pipelines at intelligence mode based on Specs & catalogs. Equipment modeling based on primitive model dimensions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Equipment Modeling and assembling as per vendor drawing and equipment layout.

• Piping modeling as per P&ID, Piping layout, instrument hook up, piping material specification.

• Extraction of Isometrics in ISO Draft.

• Structural modeling-Beams and Columns (Modeling of equipment Rack, pipe Rack) Panels & plates, ASL Modeler.

• Checking of GA Drawing with respect to P&ID.

• Preparation of supports as per support standard.

ENGINEERING PROJECT

Description:

DESING OF PIPING SYSTEM FOR LUBRICATION OF PAPER MAKING MACHINE.

Paper making machine consists of large number of rolls supported by bearings. It is the process to select the pipes carefully for transporting of oil from the pumping unit to the various pipe fittings. This project deals with design of a pipe line considering frictional head losses and Economy of the pipes and it also suggest a suitable pump for the given application, data and flow. It consists of "Approximate friction Head calculation” given by Kirloskar Company and "Fluid Mechanics".
