Project Name : Automatic Spray Painting With Thickness Measurement Based on PLC .

Abstract : The Main Concept of our Project is to spray the object automatically and measurement of thickness coating with the help of thickness sensor. The thickness measurement is done by calibration of spray painting with the help of I/P converter. The main component used in the project are two spray gun having high pressure low volume which has 90 degree movement mechanism and microprocessor based thickness sensor using IC-TM8810 and 3/2 Directional control valve for ON/OFF Spray gun. So the main purpose of our project is to develop and structure a spray painting for coating and also design a control system based on PLC to automate the process

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

• Elected & Work as the Member of Institution of Student Technical Education in P.D.E.A’s College of Engineering, Hadpsar, Pune.

• Participated in National Level paper presentation compitation on the topic“Sensors and Transducer”. “FUTURISM-11” held at P.D.E.A’s College of Engineering, Hadpsar, Pune.

• Event organizer in Technical events Robotis 2011 held in P.D.E.A’s College of Engineering, Hadpsar, Pune.
