• Help-U-Sell Real Estate: Helped document franchise operating system. Designed performance system for new franchisees that included business planning, training, job aids, and coaching. Designed instructor-led and e-learning modules for both franchisees and regional. Helped company grow from 250 to nearly 800 franchisees.

• Century 21 Real Estate: Sales Performance System: A comprehensive six-week coaching-driven program for new hires to develop effective real estate sales skills. Included audio and video vignettes, self-study, field exercises, live training and coaching. Decreased office training time and increased training consistency.

• IDEC Pharmaceuticals: Conducted a needs assessment and formulated strategies for developing in-house supervisors in a high tech work environment

• Western Digital: Designed training for engineers on a data warehouse, allowing immediate access to information on hard drive design, manufacturing, shipping, and returns. Improved customer response time, increased data accuracy, decreased manufacturing errors, and provided company a competitive edge. Created a performance test to certify engineers and technicians on its use.

• Sparkletts Water: Designed new hire training to drivers teaching route operations, safety, and consultative selling. Individuals hired needed to meet physical requirements as well as develop sales skills. Helped company develop a profile for new hire selection.

• San Diego State University: Developed curriculum and co- taught a synchronous online course on Information and Instructional Systems for Organizations to graduate students in the Educational Technology Program.
