Integrated two management groups, expanded building, transferred seventeen product families from UK, Atlanta and Germany in three years and implemented PeopleSoft. Maximum headcount of integrated site was aprox. 900 employees; the organizational structure was revamped into cellular high performance manufacturing teams. A cultural transformation of the organization as well as the focus on goals and accountability was an integral part of the transformation.

After merger, integrated Wesley Jessen and CibaVision operations into one cohesive management team. Developed Business units.
Transferred products from Atlanta (complete facility), UK and Germany in 15 months including building expansion and validation.

Implemented a Performance Management System linking strategic plant objectives to Business Unit and individual objectives.
Reduced plant overhead rate, scrap rate, downtime and freight while improving on time delivery to customers.
