Seminary: Bay Area Christian College
Position Seeking: Senior Pastor
Thank you for viewing my Ministry site and it is my sincere
prayer that God would like us to work together in your
community to spread God's Word and bring people to Christ
before He returns, which is going to be in our life time.
There is much work to be done before He returns. I would
like to see The Lord's church become a place in the
community where people feel safe to come for help. The
church should also be a place where we as Christians can
feel safe to confess our sins without the fear of judgment
from others and rejection. Unfortunately, the world has
taught us as individuals to put up a force field, which I
call a Bubble. That bubble keeps others from seeing us on
the inside and it also prevents us from outreaching for
help. This is the opposiste of what the Lord wants for his
children. So one of my missions is to pop those bubbles and
make the church a place where we can recharge, confess and
be encouraged. A church that conveys the message to the
community that "Sinners are welcome here." If you are
experiencing the same enthusiam ("enthusiam" means" In
God") as I, then perhaps it is God's will that we work
together in outreaching to the community for our Lord and
Creator.
MINISTRY OBJECTIVE
II Timothy 2:2, “And the things you have heard me say in
the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who
will also be qualified to teach others.”
My vision is to see the Lord’s people identify their skills
and gifts in order to use them in outreaching to the
community. Our mission, while time is short, is to “teach
others” about what the Lord Jesus did for us all on the
cross. To bring others to the Lord before time runs out. To
lead and equip believers for ministry through
identification of their spiritual gifts and abilities and
to motivate others toward a deeper relationship with Jesus
Christ. To see God’s church become
an empowering community of prayer, healing, and mission.
To help those with clear gifts in music and the arts, to find place of service in the local church and other effective ministry venues. To be a resource for worship materials, sound and video, music, and drama to other churches in our community and state. To be involved in a church that is doing things with great excellence to further the Kingdom of God. To be in a relevant ministry situation that maximizes my gifts and calling. To be a part of a team of the highest caliber.
What drives me in ministry is the opportunity to help others become quality contributors in ministry roles. Things that bring joy to my heart include: leading and seeing others come to Christ, see others using their gifts in ministry, and watching people become worshipers of God through their personal worship times and through lifestyles of worship.
I enjoy studying and preaching expository sermons with
relevance to today’s challenges.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
I came to know the Lord as Savior at the age of fourteen at
the church on Oroville, California. I accepted the Lord
into my heart and life in the Church where Robert Adams
served as Minister. The Lord called me to serve in full-
time ministry at the age of eighteen while attending the
Bay Area Christian College. Since then I have sought the
Lord's will for my life in all I do. My desire in the
ministry is to serve the Lord in the local church. I desire
to use my gifts and talents to further the gospel of
Christ, to help churches become quality places where
everyone’s skills are seen as awesome venues of ministry,
and to serve along side men of God who are servants of
grace for the Lord. I hope to continue to serve as a
teacher of worship to those in my church and community
