1,3-thiazolidin-2,4-dione derivatives has been synthesized by taking their dock scores and interaction with the receptor PPARγ for antidiabetic activity by the help of vLife MDS 3.5 v and has been analysed by IR, MS, CHN&S and 1HNMR their Lethal dose has been determined.
