• Turned around bankrupt company leading to sale. Reduced total $110 million inventory on hand by over 20% first two years while maintaining 98% fill rate, including reductions in both factory raw material and finished goods. Ran SNOP. Total spend $450 million.
• Reduced vendor lead times and total supply chain transit times by implementing 3PL process as well as managing key vendor held components and commodities [steel, oil resin].

Materials and procurement position supporting executive staff, managing up to 45 staff.
• Negotiated prices and terms for about 1,000 new giftware finished goods products each year from four different Asian countries for almost 8 years, up to $20 million. Travel to China and Taiwan since 1994 to set up factory relationships reducing costs, qualify vendors, troubleshoot quality, etc. Developed new products.
• Reduced finished goods inventory on hand by $2 million in one year, increased order fill rate from 60% to 90%, increased stock turn by 20%. SKU rationalization. Ran SNOP.
• Led Supply Chain ERP software conversion in planning, purchasing, and distribution for 5,000 multi-levels BOM SKU’s. Designed packaging and some finished goods.
