My training as a physician and experience as a hospital administrator and an educator affords an extensive knowledge of is required to effectively manage a hospital or healthcare delivery system. Throughout my career nationally and internationally I had the privilege of working in and leading diverse workforce in many regions of the world. In my leadership roles I was faced with many challenges ranging from financial constraints to political and cultural nuances that required delicate and informed adaptive measures in order to accomplish the objectives in my charge.
With this career move I am interested in states that can offer my wife and I a mild to warm year around Climate.
The cultural and religious expertise and health management acumen I gained over the years afforded me the tools I needed to be selected as project design leader of the first aging care facility program proposal requested by the Saudi government health system. Understanding the workforce diverse complement in the United Arab Emirates was vital in producing public health training manuals in various languages which insured a higher confidence that technical and procedural information was retained and correctly applied.
I have successfully managed large scale private and public sector hospitals in the former Soviet Republics, Central and South America, Africa, and the Middle East. A major key component of my success is the ability to intently and patiently listen to my client and end user’s objectives and desired outcomes. I was invited to presented medical research papers at international conferences in the U S, Saudi Arabia, Cypress, Russia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. In 2008 I took a career sabbatical because my wife was fighting breast cancer.
I was asked by a colleague at Tiffin University to help them build the forensic science and antiterrorism program, in 2009 I agreed because this position demanded only three days a week. Presently my family and I are ready to resume my hospital executive career.

• Contract CEO of a of a 1324 bed hospital, and seven satellite regional clinic system/1500 staff $450 million budget serving over7.5 million people in the Republic of Tatarstan.
o Restructure hospital operational and management system from former soviet health system to a semi-privately run healthcare system
