Review and analyze the financial statements received from all portfolio customers. Prepare monthly reports detailing the financial health of the companies held within the portfolio.
Ensure the portfolio maintains compliance with the Sarbanes- Oxley Act.
Prepare modifications and annual renewals for individual credit accounts held within the portfolio. This process involves the underwriting of current and prospective commercial business clients.
Review the legal contracts made between the portfolio’s customers and Franklin Bank.
Conduct due diligence reviews of the companies within the portfolio, as well as any prospective companies. This process includes an on-site review of the management team and the business operations.
