Development and implementation of the employee handbook and Procedural Manual and taking care of Induction & Joining of new employees.

Prepared a HR policy manual and implementing new policies related to Employee Welfare, attendance, leaves and conveyance policy to achieve individual and organizational goal.

Developed and implemented a Management Information System (MIS).

Updating HRIS and Organisation Charts on regular basis.
