PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

FIELD SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE 2008 -2/2010

• Process World’s Finest Chocolate, Hershey, cookie dough, and gift products via phone, email, regular mail, and fax from sales reps.

• Enter WF orders into AS400 or Order Express system.

• Handle 30-50 calls per hour. Submit customer’s credit card payments/authorization request via Paymentech (online tool).

• Research fundraising orders, shipments, and handle customer billing inquires, refund request, and customer callbacks.

• Assist in special calling projects and cross train to serve relief throughout different department.

DATA ENTRY PROCESSOR 2008 – 6/2008

• Responsible for verifying that the policies contain acceptable coverage and disburse premium payments from the escrow account if required.

• Make necessary outbound phone calls to insurance agents, and companies to update insurance policies and obtain needed (missing) information.

• Perform maintenance as necessary for policy changes, letters, notice etc.
