2006 to 2008 BRYCE'S HOME REPAIR AND REMODELING
In charge of 10 people as a working foreman; duties included bidding, customer contact and timely completion.
Work performed; bath and kitchen remodels, laminate floors, ceramic tile, demolition, framing, sheetrock, paint and trim.
2005 to 2006 TRIMPACK
Worked as a trim carpenter, servicing east and west Orlando. Installing interior and exterior doors and hardware, trim and punchlists.Drove company vechicle servicing subdivisions.
2003 to 2005 SELF-EMPLOYED CARPENTER
Worked as a subcontractor for various contractors; Performing, demolition, metal stud framing, renovations, trim, doors interior and exterior, locksets, roofing, sheetrock, ceramic tile and punch lists.
2002 to 2003 IMI – INDUSTRIAL TRADESMEN SERVICE INC.
Worked for W&H Systems at Filenes warehouse. Repaired, fabricated, and installed Buschman conveyers. Removed conveyers and installed new to specifications. Extended lines, installed cut in’s and curves. Installed belt conveyers and tracted belts. Installed web tracking and rack systems. Performed P&M ‘s on sorters and replaced chains.
1996 to 2002 EQUIPMENT SET-UP
Worked for various contractors in South Carolina performing millwright work. Installed two production lines at BMW factory and traveled throughout a three state area worked a three man crew installing textile equipment, hanging steel, mounting power heads, and setting up textile machines.

1995 to 1996 NICON CONSTRUCTION INC.
Worked for general contractor at Harwinton School CT. Renovations consisted of demolition, concrete work, framing, installing millwork, cabinets, counter tops, shelving, trim, steel doors with frames, and a 2,000 sq. ft. addition.
1993 to 1995 GERALD CLOW
Sub-contractor – Responsible for all carpentry for estate owner including complete renovation of 1850 post and beam out building. Position required a high level of carpentry skills and knowledge of historical carpentry methods.
1991 to 1993 ROTO-ROOTER
Service repairman – Responsibilities included assessing situations, making recommendations, negotiating prices, performing the work and collection of monies. Position required excellent sales interaction skills with residential, commercial and industrial clients.
