Promoted and tasked with handling, implementing and orchestrating the Collections and Recoveries for the National Recovery Division of the bank's entire consumer based portfolios, including the automotive, credit card, student loan and special lending divisions, Oversaw the bank's restructuring and consolidation of its collections and recovery operations from 7 sites nationwide to a centralized location in Buffalo, reducing staff by 40% in the process through enhanced efficiencies and increased production. Evaluated, monitored, audited and eventually consolidated 50 external collection agencies serving the banks charged off portfolios, down to 12. Only those agencies that shared our goal and commitment to integrity, excellence, performance and compliance were allowed to continue as agency partners. Led the bank to 18 consecutive record breaking recovery months.
