Responsible for handling all payroll and HR needs for 400 + employees throughout all three venues, i.e. Coffee Shop, Live Bait and US Ballroom.

Responsibilities included:

Processing payroll on a weekly basis for all employees using time trak and vault payroll software.

Calculating hours to ensure correct overtime is paid.

Checking employee schedules against time cards to see that they match.

Setting up all new hires and entering their information into the system.
