Manufacturing Engineer – BREED Technologies, Inc., Maryville, TN

9/98 – 9/99

Managed equipment and tooling procurement for two DaimlerChrysler passenger air bag module assembly cells for the RS minivan and PT cruiser programs estimated at $1,000,000.00. Developed tooling and process improvements to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Processes used were crimping, riveting, sewing, x-raying inspection, screw driving, bag folding, and electrical testing.

Coordinated debug and maintenance improvement projects for two automated window regulator assembly lines for the Ford Taurus DN-101 program.
