Processes used in production were laser welding and etching, friction welding, resistance welding, mass spectrometer leak and electrical testing. Managed equipment and tooling procurement for two DaimlerChrysler passenger air bag module assembly cells for the RS minivan and PT cruiser programs estimated at $1,000,000.00. Developed tooling and process improvements to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Processes used were crimping, riveting, sewing, x-raying inspection, screw driving, bag folding, and electrical testing.

Coordinated debug and maintenance improvement projects for two automated window regulator assembly lines for the Ford Taurus DN-101 program. Designed work cell layout for Ford Escort CT-120 window regulator. Managed shutdown, relocation, and startup of P-90 seat recliner assembly line. Visited automotive assembly plants for prototype builds. Processes used were fine blanking, broaching, swaging, automated screw driving, and electrical testing.
