I trained new Director of Nursing in South Carolina. This building was in survey window and the new Director was trained how to fill out 802/672, how to run all necessary meetings and how to manager her nursing team.

Director of Nursing Services

Assisted facility in Virginia that was decertified clear POC and regain Medicaid/Medicare certification. I assisted in clearing a Georgia building of 5 Immediate Jeopardizes. I once again assisted in clearing the same Georgia building of full book survey with 5 tags with highest severity of a D level. I was involved with stabilizing a North Carolina building by hiring nurses and nurse management. Help transition new building in North Carolina with nurse management. As Director of Nursing I ran the clinical meetings, was the infection control nurse, help manage staffing, interviewed and hired nursing staff as well as nurse managers, educated staff, ran all required Q/A meetings and all monthly reports due for the risk manager.

Assistant Director of Nursing

I managed all the skilled beds in 420 bed facility in Tennessee. I supervised 3 unit managers while in Tennessee. One of which I trained and put into place. Did all education related to the POC to clear survey. I assisted the MDS coordinator with Medicare meetings. As a supervisor I evaluated employees for job performance. I supervised the wound care team for the entire 420 beds. Met with physicians weekly to ensure all residents’ needs were met. Responsible to do the end of the month change over for the MAR/TARS to assure accuracy.

3-11 Supervisor

I managed staff at 150 bed facility in Pennsylvania. Assessed all new admissions and did all the necessary admission paperwork. Educated 3-11 staff on POC. Responsible for making sure all labs results were obtained and proper notification was done. Responsible for monitoring the MAR/TAR and C.N.A paperwork was completed prior to staff leaving their shift. Supervised entire building and handled all issued that arose.

Educator

I have educated in multiple buildings for POC. One facility in South Carolina had 29 tags. Responsible for all education in relation to all the F-tags and responsible to make sure all staff continued any new processes put into place. Facility cleared all the tags with first revisit.
