Description of work at DS&F Architect:
• Schematic and Design Development : Assisting in research of construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials for specific projects; space layout planning with consideration of materials, furniture, lighting
• Construction Documents: Completing comprehensive contract documents for purposes of bidding, landlord review, building department filing; including highly detailed CAD drawings of custom millwork; research and specification of interior materials and millwork hardware, consulting with Senior PM
