I received several promotions, taking on increasing levels of responsibility since beginning career with U.S. Foodservice. Works directly with the VP of HR in all capacities of organization’s Risk Management functions to support a division of 300+ employees and manage a security staff of over ten officers. Manager Safety & Security

Essential Functions included but were not limited to the following:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local

legislation and codes governing environmental health and safety.

• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.

• Interface with regulatory agencies, committee members and institutional

staff to formulate corrective actions.

• Design training for all levels of employees, principal investigators and researchers.

• Ensure personnel training and corrective action follow-up is completed.

recurrence prevention programs and procedures.

• Direct industrial hygiene, occupational, and general safety programs to ensure a safe environment and comply with safety

standards.

Transportation Supervisor

As a Transportation Supervisor I was responsible for many different areas of the day-to-day Operations. I have spent countless hours studying the FMCSR in order to assure that we operated under these guidelines. I have become very educated regarding the Collective Bargaining Agreement. I was in charge of supervising eighty-six drivers in two states. Among other duties was the hiring process for the Transportation department including orientation and the training all new drivers. I have been in the Transportation Industry for nineteen years and have experience in every aspect of the field.
