Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of centralize aircondetioning (HVAC)

• Responsible for the overhauling of refrigeration compressor such as Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw, Scroll and Rotary compressor.

• Specialization for the installation and maintenance of refrigeration and aircondetioning unit.

• Specialization for the installation and electrical wiring of refrigeration and aircondetioning unit

• Responsible for the allignedment of YORK Om Titan Centrifugal Chiller 3250 tons, using dial indicator from Compressor to Gear and Motor to Gear.

• Responsible for the installation of of temperature control, pressure transmitter and I/P transducer .

• Taken a full operational log and completed the approriate log sheet

• Started and stopped the York Om Titan centrifugal chiller 3250 tons, succesfully several times and operated at various loads

• Measured superheat &subcooling and compared to design

• Navigated the various functions of the micropanel including program and service mode

• Verified the operation of compressor sump heater

• Change filter line liquid drier

• Pumped down the system to allow maintenance /service various parts of the system

• Set the expansion valve to correct superheat setting

• Verified the correct operation and wiring of the compressor motor protector

• Set fan motor and compressor motor overload

• Changed system with R 134a refrigerant to designd setting and followed standard procedures

• Evacuated the system down to design limits and guidelines

• Verified that the micropanel control wiring is correct is correct and properly terminated

• Measures safely the micropanel control voltages including inputs and outputs of the various boards

• Replace pressure transducer (Hp/Lp)

• Replaced burnout or faulty compressor and followed system clean out procedure

• Replaced faulty condenser fan motor

• Replace faulty components of the micropanel

• Replaced burn out fuse and auto transformer of om chiller 3250 tons

• Verified all interconnecting wiring between the micropanel and external devices such as starter interlocks safeties,pumps interlocks, remote interface etc are complete accurate

• Tested the function of mechanical high pressure and low pressure cut out switch and other safeties such as pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, intercooler level transmitter,subcooler level taransmitter,hotgasbypass valve,intercooler liquid level control valve,subcoolerhp liquid leve control valve,interstage flash gas valve and pre rotation vane

• Completed all the relevantmicropanel checks, calibration and testing procedures as lay out in the appropriate service manual

• Complete all the relevant paperconcerning commesioning report,full operational log sheet and the appropriate warranty or faculty quality feedback form

• Verified that annually equipmentassociated with the chiller is operational.These includes pumps, valves and cooling tower

• Measured and confirm that there are sufficient clearance to allow for normal service and maintenance work on the chiller

• Successfully commissioned the chiller to the satisfaction of the customer and jc supervisor and the job was handed over
