Biogen Idec provides services to its patients through significant products that address diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), lymphoma and rheumatoid arthritis. This application is to primarily serve the patients in order to provide personal injection training at home, advice, answers to their questions, assistance in overcoming concerns, tips for managing common side effects, and valuable phone counseling. This helps patients obtain ongoing personalized therapy support and information to help in managing their treatment.

Roles and Responsibilities played in this project:

Extensively involved in customizing the functionality of Contacts, Accounts, Service Requests and Activities in Siebel 8.0

Configuration of UI layer and Business layer includes creating and modifying Applets, Business Components, Views and screens in implementing the functionality of Contracts, Accounts, Service Requests and Activities in Siebel 8.0

Project Description:

Kraft Foods uses the Siebel consumer goods application, which focuses on the trade fund management and Trade Promotion Management. Kraft aims at building a common platform for Trade Promotion Management planning and evaluation across Kraft marketing countries. To design, develop, and implement a system solution to enable the funding, planning, tracking and control of trade funds as well as a basic module for payout calculation. Kraft is trying to streamline its development model by consolidating the work effort, standardizing documentation and deliverables for future initiatives, with the goal of creating a model that is cost effective to support, maintain and operate.

Roles and Responsibilities played in this project:

A Key member in Support Team done the following activities:-

Gathering and analyzing the new OLTP requirements.

Prepare, review Low level technical designs, Work estimation for configuration involved in development.

Creating and unit testing the Applets, Business Components, Workflows.

Also worked on LOV administration, Saturn supports 14 countries.

Giving Support to the Production support team after project Live.
