Description:

• OHCDM is HSBC Group standard customer data repository on z/series DB2 tables and presented to users in form of logical data groups.

• It is a strategic product to support customer data for their financial products like cards, loans, mortgages, insurance policies etc.

• All applications interact with this database for any customer information through set of business services.

Responsibilities:

• Managed team of Functional testers for task allocation, monitoring and hand-holding team for test activities

• Co-ordination between vendor, off-shore and on-site resources for deliverables

o Purge : This process removes and deletes the profiles identified as part of Trawl process

o Restore : This process restores the profiles and customer data deleted through purge process

• Started as team member and later managed a team of 6 testers of myHR Base Product in SIT (System Integration Testing), which is part of Test Management Group

• Resolving critical issues, co-coordinating with onsite & development team, allocation & estimation of testing efforts
