Objective

I am a sincere, loyal and dedicated individual who has a great deal of ambition. I have 14 years of extensive experience in the field of communications. I love to learn, and am always up to a challenge. I get along well with others, while I am able to work efficiently on my own. Work Experience:

July 2010- Current Multipoint Wireless: Construction Manager and Installer for Erricson in Virginia. Duties are Site Q&A, Site Walks and Redlining of sites. Installation and Quality control of all material for AT&T DNB to RXAIT Power Plants, LTE in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. New builds, Fiber installation, Work side by side with AT&T Managers and SAI Construction Managers.

DEC 2009- July 2010 Ericsson Communication: Construction Manager of Reno Nevada

On 2C and Pre LTE walks.

Duties: Turf walking and Management of Contractors and Q&A inspections of jobs that was complete and verifying of closeouts and sweeps.

Reason for leaving Multipoint needed me in VA for Redline Ericsson had finished that market for 2C and was full staffed for 3C Released me back to Multipoint wireless which transferred me to Virginia Market.

Mar 2009-DEC 2009 Regional Field Manager/Site Forman and Construction Management for Multipoint Wireless LLC. LTE installation and 1C, 2C and 3C installation.

Duties are sweeping lines and antenna’s Installation of Lines and Antenna’s and managing of crew building and maintaining sites. Repairing and making closeouts for clients managing and maintaining equipment and job assessment of jobs and bid walks also Installation of UMTS 3G for all Carriers. Certified in Fiber Optics and UMTS integration, Experienced in power plant and T1 and alarm Installation also experienced with RXAIT installations and CCU’s. Currently installing 1900 and configuring of CCU and Installing RXAIT for Bechtel Communication and Redline Communication. Installation of civil conduit, pads and electrical boxes. Installing AT&T Antenna’s and Ericssons 3200 series BTS cabinets. In the Baltimore MD. Area also NY, VA, PA, NH, MA, ME and LA.

Nov 2008- Mar 2009 Part owner of Commtowers LLC. Suite 110 3rd Ave New Cumberland Pa. Job Duties was Construction Management, Project Management, Foreman. Was In charge of making sure all crews was working and keeping on track of job duties turning in all closeouts, including reviewing all sweeps and pictures before turn in. Disagreement on the way company is going just felt better to part ways. EF&I on AT&T projects civil work including pads, Ice Bridge Installation Shelter placement Electrical and Communication runs in conduit.

Installation of Equipment GSM and UMTS installation. Tracking of equipment and purchase ordering for material needed, Time managing and product deliveries.

Feb 2007 –Nov 2008. Sub Contractor. Precission Towers and Communication, Ilion, NY Primary responsibilities include owner and foreman of company. Carriers we did work for was AT&T installation of Antenna’s lines and BTS. Civil work for the TTMI set up back haul internet thru TCI Which included Pad, electrical Lines Microwave placements and BTS hookup. Also work for Sprint for wimax and Verizon Microwave. We did installs of cell sites and upgrade some tower modifications. Was in charge of doing all paperwork from payroll to purchasing also CO request parts, supplies and labor and bid walks for jobs JSA's to Daily reports and doing closeout reports.

Nov 2007 - Feb 2007. Foreman Tower Network Technology, NY, Utica

Duties included Manage of crew and work with technicians in the field. Make sure all personal was working in accordance with company's standards and OSHA for safety perform all work in a timely manner and turn in closeout pack. Carriers work for was in MA in the T-mobile installing BTS and stealth equipment for there UMTS upgrades. Also Installing and Fixing of AT&T TMA and installation of there 850 mhz and 1900 mhz system. Telco runs to commscope runs up a tower. Ice bridge installation to electrical runs.

Feb 2006 - Nov 2007. Tower Technician Mid-state Communication, Westmoreland, NY

Fixed and installed communications for cell carriers and radio for county and state police. I did tower modifications and new builds of towers and cell sites. Was offered foreman position but turned it down stayed as second hand. AT&T installations included pads, Antenna, booms and tear outs of Cingular older equipment. Shelter installation and Tower beef up for some of AT&T towers.

May 2004 - Feb 2006. Foreman, Westower, NY, Syracuse

Manage crews, warranty and new collocations. Built new towers monopoles, self support and guide towers up to 180 ft. Was in charge of keeping track of men’s hours and safety protocol pictures for closeout and paperwork for closeouts. Installation of new AT&T and warranty of AT&T equipment for Velocitel thru the whole upper North Eastern territory. Also installation of Rogers AT&T in Ontario Canada, When Cingular was bought by AT&T I was in charge of the process of site tear outs to replacement and tagging of old equipment for turn in.

Installation of pads and raw builds for towers which included installation of pads grounding halo, Ice bridges, shelter pads, telco runs, power runs, welding of modification.

Jun 1997 - Feb 2004. Field supervisor-networker. Prominet Communications, Yorkville, NY

Installed WIFI hook up and back halls on towers along with set networks up and programmed backhaul for WIFI. Did this in NY and took this to Canada and did this in Canada for Mountain cable. Until company went bankrupt.

Summary

I have almost 14 years in this industry I pride myself in my work. I believe in job safety as well as trying to get a 100% punch free site. I personally after every job inspect my work and guys work to ensure the job is done the way it should be. I have all the proper certifications and enjoying training and passing my knowledge on to other personal. Since I've been in this industry I have not had one injury to either myself or my crew, and will continue to keep it that way I am completely certified in Commscope, Andrew connectors I have my Anritsu certification CPR, and first aid certified along with 40 hours of OSHA and Tower Rescue.
