As a RN, I have planned, directed, and coordinated the delivery of health services in hospitals, clinics, public health agencies, and similar organizations, including Correctional Nursing for 4 years and including for the Developmentally Disabled Community, as a QMRP (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional) for 4 years.

Furthermore, my extensive knowledge, experience, and responsibility include, but are not limited to all of the following:

• Long Term Care (LTC) and acute care in not only "front line," but also in Charge Nurse and

• Supervisory roles in numerously various settings and durations (i.e., with planning, directing, coordinating the

daily patient care activities in clinical practice, and ensuring adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards). Such roles have included geriatric, rehabilitative, hospice, psychiatric, and developmentally disabled populations for 11 years, including employee health and Workers’ Compensation for 4

years);

• With the developmentally disabled population for 4 years, I was involved in the management of over 600 employees, including employee health programs, as well as new employee physical examinations, and also concurrent health care maintenance and annual physical examinations of over 800 client residents, all of which had varying degrees of developmental disability and included adult and pediatric populations. My main role as a Supervisor occurred from noon to 10:30 pm four days weekly, and was responsible to an off site Director of

Nursing and an on call physician after 2:30 pm.

• Hospital Nursing, including not only general and specialized Operating Room Nurse (OR Nurse) for 2 years, but also Floor Nursing, including Ortho Neuro as Team Leader, peds, and float for 2 years;

• Additional Hospital Nursing in Peds, general Med Surg, Heart Step Down and Telemetry Unit, intermittently as Charge Nurse and Staff Nurse, and floated rarely prn to a busy ICU prn and occasionally prn to an Alcohol Rehabilitation Unit prn for 3 years;
