Metal Mechanic C-130 Program. Trained Saudi military personnel and worked phase dock, flight line and PDM. Removed and installed used, new and self manufactured parts as required to tech order manuals. I inspected wings and worked off all 1600 forms. I worked flightline - anything concerning s/m, and also worked in the shop. The Saudis were trained in all of these areas and in reading tech orders so they could be upgraded and do their own research, Equipment used: circle saw, Chicago brake, 3', 6' and box and pan brake, hole punch, slip roll, Wysong power shear. Used standard tools for aircraft repair, Worked in corrosion and performed sheet metal and fiberglass work.

05/82 Helped build up window panels made from mold, installing defogger holes, trimming and installing glare shields, painting and installing all inside trim. Built up service ledges using fiberglass and installed air ducts for warm air to heat up the cabin. Fit the surrounds for search windows. Helped to build up headliners with air ducts to cool down the computers. Also helped to build up wood cabinets and sometimes did inside structures. My job Myhan Resume Page 6
generally consisted of all inside trim and some structures. Tools used were a cherry maxgun drill motor, rivet gun, standard tools and fasteners. A lot of fiberglass work was required.

3713 Flight Line Cabin Trimmer
at Palmdale plant 10, I was a 3713 Cabin Trimmer and, for several months, as a flight-line cabin trimmer. My duties as a trimmer inside the hangar were to add standoffs or shoot in rivets on all three cargo doors and fix all structures as needed in order to get the O.K. to install, including changing or putting in rigging bolts as required. Installed retainers around all C-IA, C-2 and cargo doors. The C-IA, C-2 and C-3 work consisted of fitting, drilling and installing, with screws, the 1564215 lower panel and putting on tile upper blankets, cutting and having them sewn to fit on the C-2 and C-3 cargo doors. I also worked throughout the cabin helping to install ceiling panels, storage compartments and anything else involved with trim. I worked on the mod program on a Pan Am ship which called for the installation of everything inside the ship including some structures. My duties on the flightline were of the same order as the mod program.
CP-140. P-3 and L-1011 Program
Burbank, California
On the CP-140, I installed the Naso rack, fitting it to the I.M.L. I also built up the right-hand overhead rack to hold the exhaust, air duct for the M.E.L.C. rack. This was all structure work. Assembled and installed air ducts, I also worked structures throughout the entire plane.
Labor Grade 7 Structural Assembler L-1011 Program
Tools used included rivet guns, quckenbush drill, winslow gun, chobert gun, alligator squeeze, sanders and grinders. Because of the in-depth knowledge of L-1011 quarter panels, I was assigned to work the tags and squawks - ensuring all repairs were made according to FAA standards and out of the SRN books. I also worked with HLT, rivets, AD rivets and different types of fasteners. Helped install doublers by the cargo door. Worked a wide variety of assignments. All jobs required blueprint reading.
