PROJECT MANAGER, Brooklyn, New York 2/10- 11/10

Lead Project Manager for two private residential renovation projects located in the Clinton section of Brooklyn, New York. Completed in conjunction with an associate architect and within the budgeted $2.5 million dollars. Ensured timely completion of one residential mixed-use building with exhibit installations and one residential which included full demolition and renovation consisting of additions and extensions. Duties included schematic drawings, floor plans, orientation, site flow and elevations.

CARVER FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, New York, NY 9/07-6/09 Vice President of General Services & Facilities

Directed staff towards maintaining the integrity of all retail banks and their related satellite ATM centers. Managed all capital project build outs throughout the New York metropolitan area. Maintained full business operations authority and P&L responsibility for all financial strategic planning, asset/liability and quarterly budget assumptions. Directed the operations of a multi-billion dollar production and distribution company for children’s entertainment second only to Disney. Lead Project Manager on the development and construction of the flagship New York and satellite Long Island offices and warehouse. Project Leader from initial design to on-site construction.

Oversaw the construction of 80,000 square foot flagship site, penthouse & showcase facility. Reigned in predecessors over budget build-out costs by one and a half million dollars through renegotiated lease terms and a review of the landlord’s construction commitment.
