• Experience working as Technical lead, Techno-Functional Consultant, and Technical Architect with an IT Giants (Tata Consultancy Services, IBM) and with a BIG 4 firm (KPMG).

• 7+ years experience in Oracle Applications / E-Business Suite performing technical work mainly in Oracle SCM, Oracle Financials, Oracle Distributions, Oracle Sourcing, Oracle Projects, Project manufacturing and Oracle Discrete Manufacturing.

• Extensive experience in end to end data Conversion from legacy systems for various domains (Manufacturing, SCM, CRM, Project Accounting and Oracle Financials).

Work Experience

• KPMG (Aug-2010 to –Present)

Manish is currently working as a Senior Consultant with KPMG. He is working as Techno Functional lead and Responsible for Oracle Apps Customization designing, documentation and leading a team of oracle apps consultants. Team implemented Oracle application e-business suite R12.1.3 for Tecpro Systems an EPC Company and Comviva Technologies a telecom Company.

Manish designed all the technical objects and developed reports using BI Publisher, Customized account generators, designed and developed WEBADI’s. He designed and developed conversion strategy and carried out the complete conversion during CRP’s, UAT and Production. He also did personalization.

• IBM (Jan-2010 to –Aug-2010)

Manish worked as Technical Consultant for a Banking giant American Express Bank a fortune 500 conglomerate. IBM team implemented PO, AP, FA and PA modules of Oracle application e-business suite 12.0.6.

Manish was part of Project accounting team. He designed and developed reports using BI Publisher, designed and developed WEBADI’s. He also designed and developed interface between oracle and a custom application where informatica was used as intermediate tool.

• TCS (Aug-2007 to –Jan-2010)

Manish worked as Technical Consultant for Eaton Electrical Helsinki Finland a fortune 500 conglomerate.

The implementation was a Pilot site implementation for Eaton Electrical. Eaton leveraged this pilot site implementation and used this implementation solution in rolling out Oracle application e-business suite 11.5.10 across other plants. This implementation covered Nordic countries (Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Norway and Switzerland). The modules implemented were Order Management, Purchasing, and Work in Process, Bill of Material, Planning, Costing, Inventory, Projects and CRM.

Manish worked as Technical lead from Onsite location and developed all critical Customizations, Reports, and Interfaces at onsite and guided offshore team in their developments. He was working with TCS offshore team and also co-ordinating with Eaton technical team. He designed the interfaces between Plant instance and finance instance and both were on Oracle 11.5.10. He also integrated plant system with Third party application using XML Gateway. He integrated Oracle with multiple custom applications and legacy systems. He carried out conversion activity for CRP’s, UAT and Production with very efficient approach.

• TCS (Jan 2005 to -Jul 2007)

The project was to automate all the requisition, Purchasing and asset management processes within TCS. There are different applications running on oracle apps server. Management decided to keep legacy systems in different server and make JSF as a standard for all legacies. There was a huge impact on Oracle ERP. In this project SOA was used to integrate various systems. IBM WPS was used as a integration tool. This project was rolled out for the Global TCS. There was an architecture change in the System. Manish did the impact analysis, Designed and developed all the interfaces between oracle apps purchasing and Legacy system.
