I have managed the presentation of a business plan for a 500 kW roof installation in San Antonio and to implement a 10 MW Park in El Paso to sell electricity to Ercot to be delivered to New Braunfels in TX. The project 500 kW contract will be signed on the 3rd of October and the Ercot project will be approved at the end of October 2010

Definition of a 60 Megawatt project that could be pursued in Latin America in the short term. I researched the scope of penetration of solar PV in Latin America, studied the needs of energy consumption and the portion allocated to solar cells. I recommended strategies to pursue the sales process and presented a budget to form a team of sales people to implement a sales plan. I defined a reporting method and a measurement system that would make the sales plan effective in a short term.
