- Managed all program elements in development phase of aircraft maintenance training system, delivering field units on budget and five months ahead of schedule.

- Provided logistics planning and management including development and review of Integrated Logistics Support plans, management of reliability, maintainability and survivability programs, and logistics program risk management on $4.5 billion modernization program
