• Block the arrivals rooms.

• Printing and filling the reports.

• Maintain the standards of the hotel.

• Provide the correct information to the guest about the hotel and the city.

• Coordinating with other dept. as per the guest requirements.

• Maintain all the register and records like A&D register, Wake-up call register, C-from book and Encashment book etc.
