I work as the liaison between manufacturers and clients negotiating budget allocations followed by developing then presenting proposal concepts to clients for their model homes. Once the developer, contractor or otherwise site administrator desired agrees on a design, it is my duty to place the orders for the furniture and décor with the manufacturer. Later, I schedule delivery and installations until project completion and client satisfaction is mastered. Often times this results in shipping or product production delays whereby it is my duty to come up with creative solutions to make the client content with the project.

I taught a 5th grade heterogeneous class all subject areas while running the Student Council. Created plan to build a playground for this underprivileged population and wrote a grant and organized fundraisers to achieve this goal. I was selected by my peers and administrators as Teacher of the Year in Clay County 1993.
