Assistant Manager- Healthy Back Store: Raleigh NC August 2011 to present

Duties: Drive store profits though effective sale generation, expense management, merchandising, loss prevention, lead training exercises, customer service oriented, develop professional relationships with business for referral service and program benefits, evaluate performance of sales associates, plan and conduct regularly scheduled store meetings, creating work schedule each month for all employees, resolve customer issues/complaints, resolve operational issues, some accounting (minimal), build and maintain positive atmosphere for employees and clients; follow up with vendors/clients concerning orders; assist with deliveries when short- staffed (90 lbs plus per order- average 150-300 lbs); maintain an open schedule in order to work extra hours as needed.

Sales Associate- Kohls: Brier Creek, Raleigh, NC October 2010 to August 2011

Duties: Customer service, merchandising, complete routine checks of the status of sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure a clean and well maintained environment, work Point of Sales, complete price changes, receive and unload shipment, loss prevention, ensure all possible stock is out on the floor when applicable, take charge of special tasks assigned by managers and various other duties as directed by store managers.
