Installed over 30 dialers in banking, collection, telemarketing and state agency call centers through out the US. 75% of the installs were to clients who have never used a dialer, so I had to instruct them on every facet of the dialer. I help maintain over 20 dialers, ensuring that there is minimal down time. Monitor and perform analysis to make sure the clients dialer are running in an efficient manner. Train existing dialer users to help increase effectives on their calling strategies.

1.Setup all network components.
Installed CISCO PIX 520, VPN concentrator and CISCO routers. Created security policies and procedures. Prepared and setup all necessary hardware and software to pass the ISO 17799 security audit. The security audit was performed to secure a major bank as a client.
2. Installed and upgraded Avaya PDS
Installed 4 dialers and upgraded 2 to the latest version. Configured dialers for custom applications. Maintained dialers to keep a 98% uptime. Trained and helped with the call strategies and selections.
3. Installed and set up all hardware and software
When I started the company only had 2 pcs and no network. Setup up Microsoft 4.0 servers, Exchange, Ethernet network and high speed internet.
Installed Microsoft exchange and administered 100 users.
4. Upgraded all hardware and software.
Upgraded all servers from NT 4.0 to Server 2000. Upgraded all PCs from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 and XP. Upgraded Exchange from 5.5 to 2000. Currently support 5 Microsoft 2000 and 2003 servers, 1 Microsoft SQL server and 2 file servers.
5. Implemented and designed automating of many process.
Created a custom time card program to automate all employees time records. Supervised The design of ACH, automatic credit card and postdated check programs.
6. Implemented SQL database for reports and data warehousing.
In charge of creating a data warehouse to store data from a legacy system for reporting and custom payment system. Created databases and reporting tools to simplify reports from 4 Avaya dialers. Implemented report system to update all our clients of our daily production.
