SQL Server 2000/C# /ASP.Net/VB.NET/Crystal Reports

IPS(Integrated Procurement System) is time-phased priority planning technique that calculates material requirements and schedules supply to meet changing demand across products in one or more plant.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is the core of IPS. The system facilitates the user to plan material requirement in advance for a specified number of weeks and suggests Purchase Orders based on the Master Product Schedule, Inventory Levels, Supplier lead-time and other related information. Other features of the software include interface with IHS-CAD, C&C System, and EDI through text import/exports, multi-currency and multilingual support. Main modules of system are Planning, Purchase, Receipt, Issue, BOM, Multi-Site Material Consolidation, MIS and Supplier website.

BOM (Bill of Material) data will be generated from IHS CAD and set G-BOM Servers in JAPAN SEWS Design Engineering feed and maintains CAD data NDMC, bowling green; KY.G-BOM data will then be verified by SWS DE and sent back to BOM Server at SEWS as G-BOM files.

MCS Server will be treated as BOM servers and it will receive G-BOM files multiple times a day as automatic schedules or DE can download G-BOM files on demand by a web interface already functional and built by SWS from G-BOM servers.

DE users will maintain a part substitution Master using the new BOM system to substitute the material in the BOM files, this gives the benefit to update all the SEWS systems(Factory MCS,C&C and other SEWS systems) by same information rather than updating each system independently and notifying the each involved user. The Number of files which is received in a day will be get uploaded in the Concerned table after applying the business logic to it. For this we have developed Window services logic to pick the file every 15 minutes and it will take a backup of files on daily basis. After updating of data, the files will be get deleted from G-BOM server folders.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in writing the Technical design document.

• Developed ASP.NET pages for different modules (Planning, Purchase, Receipt, Issue, BOM, Multi-Site Material Consolidation) on the need basis.

• Used Query Execution Plan, Performance Monitor and SQL Profiler to optimize queries and enhance the performance of database servers.

• Worked with T-SQL to create Tables and stored Procedures.

• Worked on Parameterized Reports and Sub Reports.

• Developed Generalized Lookup component, which was used across the ASP.NET project

• Configured the IIS on Windows Server 2003 and deployed ASP.Net build.

SQL Server 2000/VB 6.0/VB.NET/ASP.NET/Davox Dialer/ Mainframe Replicator

Falcon Integrator-GUI application will helps to reduce the agents work less, which ultimately increases the number of calls per hour and the productivity increase. The Davox Dialer throws call to the customer and in turn customer will document the result of the call in the Mainframe Replicator and the contacts should be got captured. So we plan to integrate the three entities into a single application. If agents picks a call he has to terminate the call in dialer, documenting the Mainframe replicator at the end of call, and capturing the Contacts data to evaluate the agents effectiveness for VIC. The above said Problem is solved by Integrator-GUI. The first thing it will talk to the Mainframe for Documentation and secondly it will scrape the required information from the Mainframe Replicator and finally it will terminate the Call in the Davox Dialer by using the (Com Technology). If new call is thrown by dialer the Integrator-GUI will automatically pull the particular account in the Dialer.

This application helps in

Consistent and Error Free Documentation in Mainframe Replicator.

Reduces Call time
