Managed the daily operations and quality control for all skilled crafts shops including the central boiler/chiller plant, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, energy management, locksmith/key shop. This department consisted of 49 skilled crafts employees and 2 Assistant Directors. Campus consisted of 40 facilities comprising approximately 2.5 million square feet.
Key Accomplishments:
Spearheaded the development and implementation of a robust preventative maintenance task sheet program for all skilled crafts shops
Developed and tracked expenditures for the maintenance department
Instrumental in developing the Residence Life Maintenance Plan – plan was successfully implemented prior to my departure
