• Planning for day-to-day activities and smooth functioning of In-Process activity.

• Review & disposition of NC product.

• Reviewing Work instructions.

• Regular Audit of Quality System on Shop floor.

• Co-ordinating with Engineering for clarifications.

• Ensuring conducting of Failure Analysis.

• Controlling further processes of NC product till the unsatisfactory condition /Process deficiency has been corrected.

• Raising Quality Alert when any serious In-process Non Conformance found.

• Ensuring and maintaining of TGW & Process change Data.

• Final product inspection and verification of all the products as per customer requirements.

• Defect Control and elimination of Final Inspection rejections and Customer complaints. Participating in CFTs for PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, CMS, and the effective implementation of actions arising out of these.

• Corrective and Preventive action implementation and tracking.
