Title - Indexing Drill Jig For Hollow Cylindrical Workpiece

Objective - The aim of the project is to design a drill jig for drilling machine to perform periphery drilling operation accurately for hollow cylindrical work pieces. This procedure helps in increasing the production rate, accuracy, perfect alignment, reducing operators fatigue etc.

Objective – To analyse and implement the suitable solution for automating an work piece guide way in a three way drilling machine and thereby reducing the man power and the cycle time involving in that process and to increase the production.
