CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Directed and supported the sustainable development efforts for the General Motors Corporation as it relates to new construction and renovation program of the Headquarters campus in Warren City, Michigan as part of a company-wide consolidation of operations, Parsons Brinckerhoff – contract valued at $1 Billion. The entire program was completed on time with less than 4% cost growth over it's five year life. The program has received numerous awards and recognition over the years.
- Directed restructuring of a multi-disciplinary architectural/engineering - overseas division, reduced overhead cost 50%, and achieved zero lost time and 100% staff productivity during 12 consecutive months for first time in company’s operating history in the Middle-East - saving $500,000.
- Successfully managed the Infrastructure Security Protection program, Iraq totaling $247 Million (For the US Army Corps of Engineers) - the program focused on the Oil, Electrical and Water sectors; Organizing and integrating the efforts of geographically-dispersed teams spanning multiple contractors and consultants.

The program focused on the OIL sector (security barrier construction, hardening of oil infrastructure sites, implementing controlled access to facilities, maintaining standoff distances and exclusion zones), the ELECTRICAL sector (security barriers, observation facilities, hardening of selected structures, controlled access, training static security guards), and the WATER sector (hardening of key water treatment plants and pumping stations), valued at $275 Million.
