• Assessed, monitored, and recorded daily behavior patterns, and reported if a child’s condition was progressive or recessive. Fostered a process to improve the progression of a child’s condition by showing the child how to trust adults and peers and to let them see their own self-worth.
• Developed a daily structured routine, based on the program model, for children to create certainty in their lives. The program model was giving the children game time, classroom time with on-site teacher, time with counselors, art/drawing time, reading time, outdoor play time, tutoring with staff, and occasional television time.
