Civil Engineering Intern
Provided a consulting view of technical documentations required to execute construction field installation activities within water distribution to include installation work instructions, applicable permits, and job hazards analysis. These activities included involvement in installation, modification, maintenance and testing of various water distribution systems and components including water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, meters, and gate valves.
This position also involved oversight of installation activities including research and problem resolution which required extensive interface and coordination with field specialists, senior utility maintenance supervisors, as well as the water division management.
