Implemented a state-of-the-art processing facility under severe time constraints while maintaining P&L objectives. Successfully worked with state and local government agencies on regulatory, building and wastewater permits.

Implement a $17 million fully automated olive oil processing plant and storage facility.

Identified and initiated cost effective solutions for construction of bottlenecks to ensure on time completion.
