Research Lab Assistant 2008–2010 Institute for Social & Behavioral Science–University of Central Florida-Responsible for conducting telephone surveys and focus groups in the CATI lab for many local cities, towns and counties, as well as organizations including Metroplan Orlando, Heart of Florida United Way, and LYNX. These surveys provided our clients with statistically valid and reliable results. Responsible for data entry and information services for organizations such as the Homeless Coalition. Specialized in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and techniques.
Maintenance Aide 2005–2006 City of Plantation Parks, Plantation, Fla. Responsible for maintaining and servicing city parks and athletic facilities. Worked in a team-oriented environment under a crew leader, carrying out orders, and completing projects. Provided maintenance and oversight to an entire city recreational facility for local sporting events.
