MY RESPONSIBILITIES IN CMC & H AS A PHARMACIST INCLUDES :

Dispensing medicines according to the prescriptions for the outpatients.

Also dispensing medicines to the patients in the wards.

Maintaining records of the drugs dispensed to every ward.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES IN EFFORT BPO CURRENTLY INCLUDES

Taking training for new hires on product & sales enhancement.

Taking floor briefings and constantly updating them on the process changes.

Monitoring calls for agents and giving feedback individually.

Weekly Call Calibration to be organized and discussing the feedback with team managers.

Preparing and sending reports and to maintain data.

Conducting Quality team briefing for agents and giving them updates and maintain good quality on calls.
