Management of the day to day operations within the household.

. Ensuring the smooth running of the household at all times, and

reporting to the head butler. The family often entertained, and along

with the chefs we catered for casual and formal dinner parties of up

to 100 guests.

. It was vital that the cellar was well stocked at all times, and it was

up to me a weekly stock take took place.

class for British Airways for 18 years.. I volunteer at the Conquest
