MyHealthBank

MyHealthBank has three different products Finance, Direct and Transact.

MyHealthBank “Finance”

Description:

MyHealthBank Finance is MyHealthBank financial services system that enables an insurer to administer integrated insurance and cash accounts, including Section 105 Health Reimbursement Accounts. MyHealthBank Finance enables health insurers to provide tools and process that make cost sharing understandable and transparent for members. The various modules in Finance are:-

• Transaction Tracker:- Provides members with a Web-based, real-time view of their account status, claims information, payments made, balances and dollars at-risk of forfeiture.

• Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Module:- Enables insurer to administer Section 105 rollover HRAs. It supports features like Employer Group setup, Adjudication system for adjudicating Section 105 reimbursement requests, Customization of qualified medical expenses (QME) list to the employer level and Reports for insurer, employer and member.

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Module:- Enables insurer to administer a Section 125 FSA including Employer group setup, Adjudication system for adjudication Section 125 reimbursement requests, Customization of QME list to the employer level etc.

MyHealthBank “Direct”

Description:

MyHealthBank Direct is enrollment software with HSA integration, which meets consumer demand for anonymous, pressure-free comparison shopping. It allows individuals to perform online enrollment with immediate access to facts that drive buying decisions. It also supports broker driven sales. Thus Direct has three main entities-The consumer, Carrier Admin and The broker.

Direct enables customers to shop and compare all available health coverage products. Customers can compare prices, product types, deductibles, HSA compatibility and tax benefits, co-pay and co-insurance for available plans based on age, service area and number of dependents.

MyHealthBank “Transact”

Description:

MyHealthBank Transact is a self-service platform for enrollment, benefits administration, and eligibility testing and profile maintenance system for members and employers for all types of health plans. Transact is an integrated system for new and renewing members to select health insurance online. The secure application offers a seamless, user-friendly interface that reduces errors and can be quickly changed to reflect new eligibility rules or plan features.

Transact delivers online enrollment by enabling the insurer to load employer groups, set up plans and packages, perform life event changes, select primary care provider, perform COBRA events etc. Transact supports all Employer segments.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Test Engineer:

• Writing Documents.

• Tracking & Logging the defects through the Bug Tracking Tool-Bugzilla

• Analyzing Test Results and Creating Bug Report.
