LTD Commodities Inc. March 1997 to March 2009
• Trained, evaluated, and supervised new and current employees for entry level positions, advancement, company policy and procedures, continuing education, career development, problem solving in classroom, and online courses. Training involved 800+ dynamic and diverse employees in dedicated company software, soft skills, and Emotional Intelligence courses.
• Worked with IBM developers to establish multiple Business Process Procedures (BPP’s) for SAP systems and its functionality.
• Created and instructed training programs and presentations for use in the rollout of SAP systems and its functionality.
• Developed, condensed, and edited training manuals that were utilized in all training courses and used as daily reference guide by associates, supervisors, managers and directors.
• Conceptualized, researched and developed Change Management presentation. It was used as an example for future presentations because of its sensitivity to critical issues and its motivational inclinations; promoted a positive momentum to shift into change swiftly and smoothly.
