Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Selection

Coordinating with different division heads/managers to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories.

Making Offer, Appointment, Transfer, Increment, Termination, Confirmation and Experience letter.

Responsibilities include screening of the profile, interviewing, reference check, scheduling the interview.

Taking initial level of interview and Negotiation of salaries with the short-listed candidates.

Induction & Joining

Shooting mail to all employees in the organization regarding new employee joining.

Introduction of the new joinee with key people in the organization.

Ensure all joining forms and other required credentials are submitted by the new joinee.

Salary Preparation and Appraisal.

Prepare salary through payroll software, compare and forward final amount to accounts department.

Prepare Promotion letters and Increment letters and maintain accepted copy of letters in records and opening of Bank accounts.

Administration

All types of Bookings like, Air ticket through travel agents, etc.

Maintaining the records of hired vehicle & Company vehicles both & arrangements of vehicle on rent basis, etc.
