As a project manager, I worked for over 30 years in the building industry in a variety of roles and range of projects, providing an invaluable resource for the construction, development, and management of properties. I have worked in architectural firms, for contractors in the field, engineering offices, and for developers/owners to implement construction and to manage existing rental buildings. I have completed construction of multiple projects, due in no small part of my unique ability to appropriately interface with all parties during the process.
